Connecting at home

One of our first accounts, Kohler Co. has been instrumental in BrownBoots’ history. Over the years the way they do business has changed, with an ever-growing list of consumer brands. Kohler identified the web as a key touch point with consumers for many of their products and services, including those that are offered through their destination resorts.

Challenge

Kohler had developed a number of different online stores, managed by different brand teams. The result was multiple points of communication, with very little inter-connection, and potentially many lost opportunities for sales.

Response

Through the development of Kohler At Home, BrownBoots has enabled Kohler to combine many of their brands into one convenient online shopping experience. The results have been positive. The combined store is seeing an increase in transactions of more than 60%, with as much as a 75% increase in total sales.
