In 2006, the Fond du Lac Family YMCA and the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac joined together to develop a facility to incorporate both groups. When it came time to develop an identity to build awareness for the $12.5 million capital campaign, BrownBoots was happy to help.

It was imperative to gain the broadest possible awareness with a small budget. The funds raised needed to go to the building project, not the marketing efforts.

BrownBoots connected with former clients, employers and marketing partners to create a comprehensive campaign that included web, signage, video, outdoor advertising, radio and print. Through collaborative negotiations and valued donations, a $40,000 marketing campaign was developed for under $10,000. Four years later, the campaign goal was reached and both entities will be moving into their new facility in 2010.
